Approximately 30 days from your original purchase date and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another 1 month supply of Juveneu and your credit card on file will be billed for $84.71 plus $5.95 for shipping and handling. You may cancel your membership at any time by simply contacting customer service. Please note, most customers see most noticeable results by using Juveneu consistently for 3 months. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.
Regardless of whether You cancel Your Free Trial in a timely fashion or not, You will be responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges associated with Your Product (currently ranging between $3.95 and $5.95, depending on the Product ordered). You agree that we can charge Your credit card for this amount, and You agree to pay such amount regardless of whether You cancel Your Free Trial in a timely fashion or not. No refunds will be issued for shipping and handling charges.
As an added benefit to you, Juveneu reserves the right to temporarily reduce the price of each Product to thirty eight dollars and forty six cents ($38.46), without prior notice to You, for promotional purposes or to ensure that payment is received by Juveneu. If Juveneu modifies its prices downward, You will be billed at the reduced price until the promotional period ends or Juveneu after which time the Product price will be restored to its normal rate, or $84.71.
Downward modified or promotional prices may be restored to normal rates without prior notice to you.
Limit 1 free trial bottle per household.
If you are not satisfied with your trial for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order to process your return for the unused part of the product and you will only be billed for shipping and handling. No further charges will be made.
To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at www.billing-faq.com Our customer service department will email you a RMA number within 24-48 hours of your request. Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender" Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. trial charge). Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider. We will not provide any refunds or accept any returns for any cancellations made more than 14 days after placing Your order. RMA's may take up to 7 days to process once they are received.
All sales after the free trial period are final however refunds may be issued on unopened bottles if requested up to 14 days after the order date.
If You wish to cancel future deliveries of Product You must contact Our Customer Service at www.billing-faq.com and request that such future shipments be terminated. When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the Product(s) that You ordered. Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, You will be responsible for payment for any Product that has either A) already been shipped to You or B) already been delivered to You at the time of Your call. Since cancellation applies only to future orders that have not already been shipped or delivered. There is no need to return anything.
We consider charge backs and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services and as such will be treated. We reserve the right of filing a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services.
